Care of your custom leather product
GUARANTEE: Your custom leather product has a lifetime guaranteed against craftsmanship. Any defects in craftsmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge (does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage beyond my control). Contact me with any issues prior to returning your item under this guarantee. Disclaimer—This guarantee is for the original owner, only, and is not transferable. Does not include shipping & handling or insurance costs.
Care & Cleaning: Do not use harsh soaps or chemicals to clean your leather. A water damp cloth or sponge may be used to wipe off mild dust or dirt. I recommend Fiebing’s Saddle Soap for heavy soiling…just follow the instructions provide by Fiebing’s. Allow item to completely dry before putting back in use. Do not use any water, soaps or chemicals on suede leather. Use only a dry stiff, plastic-bristle brush to scrub the suede and restore it's texture.
Special Instruction:
If item becomes wet, do not squeeze, wring, rub or otherwise try to force the water out. Simply place your leather item to the side and allow it to dry.
Do not “over-stuff” your item. It is designed to hold only so much. Damage due to “over-stuffing” will not be covered under guarantee.
Like a fine bottle of wine, your leather product will only get better with age. Take care if it, and it will take care of you.
