Full Payment or Down Payment:
     All "Personalized" orders & orders up to $250.00 require full payment prior to beginning work. All orders greater than $250.00 will require at least 50% down at time of order to cover materials & costs. Balance due upon completion & prior to shipping.

Returns & Cancellations:
    Personalized (initials, name, logo, personal designs, etc.) items are not returnable. Other items on a case-by-case basis. I will work with you to make you happy. Complete refunds or "redos" are a final option if we can't work things out.
     Cancellations are dependant on what the item is (can I re-sell or re-use it) and/or how far along I am on the project. All or some of the Down Payment may be forfeited.
